how/where do i order shoes?

All shoes are MTO (made to order) therefore they are not pre-painted.

After the form is submitted I will send an email confirmation with payment details, and the order will process after payment is sent. The form does not collect payment. It only collects your design selection, shoe size, address, and preferred payment option.

If the form is closed and you wish to order as a gift or an event please email me artrshtic@gmail.com. Give me 2-3 weeks in advance to make sure everything arrives on time if you are within the United States. If you are outside of the US, please reach out 2-3 months prior. do you ship worldwide?

Yes I do, excluding Germany due to LUCID shipping laws and restrictions! Ships from Oregon (USA).

Please note that all buyers are responsible to pay any import taxes/VAT in their respective country. Artrshtic will not held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels upon delivery.

how do i know my shoe size?

Do you order the shoes or do i send you mine?

I order the shoes based on the information you provide in your order form. I order shoes through Nike, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Foot Locker, and Finish Line. If you wish to send in your shoes, please make sure they are new! Send me an email with the shoe model and design you wish to place an order for and we can discuss from there.

how long does the order take to process?

Depending on how many orders are queued, the turn around time is typically 2-4 weeks. The shoes take about 1 weeks at the latest to deliver to me, and it takes around 1-2 days for the painting process. If you wish to order for a specific deadline, allow a 2-3 week window in advance.

does the paint on the shoes wash off? how do i clean it?

Nope! I use Angelus Acrylic Leather Paint which is meant to adhere onto leather-like surfaces. I also seal the paint with a coat of Angelus Acrylic Finisher. When cleaning use a damp wash cloth and gently rub over the artwork. Do NOT use acetone/alcohol based cleaners! Soapy water is the way to go!

Do you do designs for other groups? can i order a customized design?

I mainly have pre-existing designs for BTS , since I do not keep up with other groups/artists as much in order to create a design for them. If you wish to have a unique design for yourself, custom designs start at 350 USD. I can design anything as long it is an original idea & not stolen from another artist— also no realistic portraits. Anime, KPOP artists, cartoon characters, etc. are totally acceptable!

can i use your designs to make my own shoes?

No. Please refrain from doing so. I do not want anyone copying and replicating my designs even if it is for personal use.
